It hurst too much to even think that baseball is going on right now....I know, I sound like a typical bratty Yankee fan. But I'm truly in shock here. And in complete, utter embarassment too.
I wanna be into it to root for the Mets...but like I said, it hurts.

Okay...embarrassment has turned to PURE ANGER!! 
Why why why WHY!!?!?!?!?!?!?! We should have made it to the world series this year and WON!! It totally felt like our year!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!?!?! How on earth can that lineup not score a run for TWENTY INNINGS?!?!?!
It's especially hard when you're such a dedicated fan, you have a Saturday ticket plan...you follow them all year long and bleed blue and white for your team....
AND YOUR WEDDING HAS A YANKEE THEME!!!
Sorry...you Mets fans can revel in it if you like. 
I just had to vent!!!
