kinda bummed...
everyone i talk to about booking flowerfields and after they hear how much it is...they are like your NOT booking them are you? thats crazy..thats so much $.....i feel that i am getting ALOT for my money though other places that wanted like 85 i didnt get 1/2 the stuff

My advice? Stop telling people how much it costs! The only people who need to know are the people who are paying. Flowerfields is beautiful and if you want to get married there, and can afford to, you should!

well i only told 2 people...the other ones have "heard" how expensive it is they say and that i can get a nice place cheaper...this is wat i want though!! i was just thinkin maybe i am making a mistake...ugh

STOP FEELING BUMMED! You have to do want you like. If it doesn't matter to you about the price per plate have the wedding that you want. Don't tell anyone how much you spend. Have your beautiful wedding.

Flowerfields is amazing. Your wedding will be so spectacular. I couldn't have it at Flowerfields because all of FH's family is from Nassau County. Everyone is going to have an opinion. Don't worry about it.

Don't feel bummed...my sister got married there and people still talk about it. People notice the difference and quality. Don't worry about what people say...sometimes people have no clue!

You just gave yourself the answer here. Yes, you can get a "nice" place for cheaper, but Flowerfields is YOUR place. I'm looking for RHs now, and you know how hard it is to find a place that's just right for you? It's really tough. And if Flowerfields is it for you, and you can afford it, then forget what others say and remind yourself how lucky you are to have found the perfect place.

girl I undersand what you're going through... I had the same exact experience.. and Mike & I decided to keep our traps shut!... once you're happy then that's all that matters! don't listen.. I visited FF (actually it was my first hall that I visited) and it's absolutely beautiful.. if that's what you want then go for it!

if u really like it..its worth it...screw them!!! haha...u can have it off season to save some money as a compromise. Their peak season is may-sept...oct is 10 off a head and nov-april is off season so its significantly cheaper. Im biased bc thats my venue and I LOVE it!!! I have never heard anything bad about it, and people rave about how great it is!! Go for it if u really want it!
