i am making CP and have candle sticks with ribbon for the table...who sets that up?

I also made my own CPs. I put them together and then each one went into its own box.
I brought them to our RH and they set them up on the tables.

We did alot of DIY's. We brought them to the hall about 4 days before with extremely detailed instructions.
