Money Bag, Card Box, Neither or Both?
Trying to figure this out as we speak. Did you use a money bag, card box, neither or both? I'm hoping if I do one, I don't have to do the other...but not sure which guests (or you) preferred.

I used one of those big paper gift bags (you know what I'm talking about?) and left it on a table behind the sweetheart table. If people gave me a card I'd throw it in there and some people just left their cards in there for us.

I had a birdcage. I'm not into the whole purse thing I wasnt planning on going around to each table to say hello and have my purse on my arm like i'm trying to collect the money

We had a card box - I just held onto the envelopes I got and made sure to put them in the box every so often (and not on a table or something )

We had a card box, it was nice not having to carry anything around. Most people put their card right in the box!

we had a bag, but at no point of the night did we carry it around. it sat on our table. dh's grandmother made it for us so that is why we used it

one of my bridesmaids loaned me her card bag from her wedding - then i forgot to bring it on the wedding day...
the harbor club stapled a bunch of napkins together and it worked great -- i had my grandmother hold the bag for the night - she is not very mobile so she felt like she was helping in just keeping an eye on the cards for me. she was happy to help!!
