Jericho Terrace available date open

Hello all i am new here and writing this for my friend who has booked Jericho Terrace at the end of June in 2007. She is considering changing halls and would like to cancel her contract with them however they demand that the hall be booked in order for her to get her $7500 deposit+payments back and to avoid paying for the wedding itself if the date isnt rebooked!

She is booked for the the skylight room and penthouse room.

There has been quite alot posted on this site a couple of months ago, about a bride with the same story - and I think it was from Jericho Terrace as well.

She is not, according to Suffolk Law, responsible for all of that if she notifies them with more than 6 mos notice -

Hi thanks for the informative info however unfortunately that law only applies to halls in suffolk county. Jericho Terrace is in Nassau county and it stinks that Nassau doesnt have a law like this to protect us...i think they should adapt one!
