Its a great diet and it works..but its hard you have to stick to it. I started it and did really well for the 9 days of just fruits and veggies..then it was my bday and it went all down hill. never got back on it. I did see results though the firt week i lost 10 pounds... i will do it after the summer is over. meaning next week is when i should start.
DON'T GIVE UP AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!

I've seen Dr. Smith on a few TV programs and he seems like he really knows what he's doing. I found the book on overstock.com for $7 so I think I'll order it and see how it works especially since I'm home most of the time right now.

OH man it's a book to read! i was hopeing for a quick fix...like a pill with food and excersie that is not loaded with caffeine or green tea!
