New to the board! Booking Land's End tomorrow maybe...
Hi everyone! I am new to the board, my wedding will be August 2007! My fiance and I live in New Mexico (he is in the airforce) and we are getting married in New York. We are thinking of booking Land's End tomorrow if we can make the ceremony time work out. Any Land's End brides out there or anyone have any opinions about the place? Our other possible hall is Lombardi's on the Sound...

Im a lands end bride too
yea....definitely book the place...it is just magnificent....I have spoken to so many people and have heard nothing but good things about the place...the food the service the view
Lovin Oven Caters is one of the best on Long Island
you wont regret it...
are you booking a day or evening wedding???

Land's End is GORGEOUS! It is about 5 minutes from where I live! I would LOVE to have booked it.. but it was too expensive for me!

Land's End is soooo nice you will love it.
I'm getting married at flowerfields which is owned by the same company. They really go out of their way to make everything special!!!

Congrats and welcome to the boards! I'm not a Land's End bride, but you can do a search of the posts and I'm sure you can find out lots of info. LIW is soooo helpful especially when you're planning your wedding from out of state. We're doing that too and I'd be lost without the LIW girls!
