FOR PAST BRIDES...I NEED HELP PACKING FOR MY HONEYMOON..

What type of clothing should I bring to Bora Bora? I don't want to over pack.

I have never been to Bora Bora and I am not sure what the weather is like. But we went to St. Lucia and I just packed outfits to wear at night. During the day I just wore my bathing suite b/c we hung out by the pool and the beach all day long. I brought maybe 2 or 3 outfits to wear on the days that we went on excursion.

just 4 bathing suits and a sweatshirt. You wont need anything else Ky

well... we went to virgin gorda in the british virgin islands, and i know it was pretty laid back there.
every day during the day, i just wore my bathing suit and some fast drying gym shorts and a tee shirt to cover up... i packed maybe one pair of jean shorts to wear on a day we rented a jeep and toured the island on our own.
i also packed nice outfits to wear to dinner each night, but other than that, it really wasn't much...
one thing that i'm really glad i packed was a pair of those Teva sandals with the velcro straps. i LIVED in the them the whole week, because they were great to wear in the water to keep my fee from getting cut on coral and stuff... and nice becaues they didn't look "dumb" when i was walking around the resort before or after i hit the beach...
we also bought our own snorkels and masks to take with us so that we didn't have to use the nasty ones from the resort... glad i did that, too!
