DRESS BUSTLE

Might be a stupid question, but does every dress automatically come with a certain style bustle? & if so, can you have a seamstress change it to what you want?

I see many of you ladies have different pictures & ideas of bustle's and was just wondering if this is something you can choose on what you want your dress to look like.

i know my dress comes with a bustle--but i don't remember the style. you can try different bustles and see how you like it with your seamstress. they'll be able to help you figure out the best bustle for you.

My dress could have been bustled about 5 different ways. Talk to your seamstress, she should do whichever one you want and will work with your dress.

they can do it however you want- tucked in, out etc... Just tell the seamstress!!!

you can do whatever bustle you want, however the seamstress knows which one will look best with your dress and they will recommend it.

For example, if your train has a lot of detail, they may not suggest a french bustle because it will cover everything up. Or if the train is short and you want a french you may only be able to do one fold not multiple folds....
