Ok, so we got back from HM yesterday and already at the dr today.
Good News--my blood pressure is way down, which is either from the medication or that I no longer have all that wedding stress.
Bad News-my downs syndrome blood screening test came back higher than normal. For my age (36), it is normal to be at 1 in 229 chance of downs, mine came back at 1 in 189.
So, I am going for my level 2 ultrasound this week and she said if things look good I dont have to get the amniosentisis (sp?), if the results arent so good, i have to go for an amnio.
Since it was hot in Aruba, I had the pleasure of swollen feet and ankles for 2 1/2 days, not fun!

If we are having a girl, her name will be Haille Parker and a boy will be named after DH (Christopher Michael).

We had our level II sonogram yesterday and they werent positvie about the sex, she said 60% she thinks its a girl, I would be so thrilled, I know FH wants a boy, but I have always wanted a girl.
The tech said from what she sees, everything looks good and contrary to the blood test, didnt see signs of downs syndrome in the baby, so keep your fingers crossed, I am waiting to hear from the dr, which wont be for another few days
