ANONYMOUS WEDDING BAND (ring) COST QUESTION...
I feel a little guilty spending what I'm spending on my wedding band because it's more than my FH's, so I was wondering what you spent on yours. For all I know, it may be completely normal or even less than most girls spend, but it's the most I've ever spent on jewelry before! (BUT I LOVE IT and my FH and I and my parents all agree it's perfect for my e-ring!!)
I don't want this to turn into a bragging thread, so please just answer the poll... I would just like to get an idea.

If you include the engraving, mine was about $450-500.
Usually, men's rings are a cheaper if they don''t get diamonds inbedded on it and it's just a simple band. I wouldn't worry about the cost - when you celebrate your 60 wedding anniversary, it will have been all worth it!!!!!!!

Mine was $500 because I got diamonds on it to match my engagement ring. But my FH's was only around $200 because itw as just a band (he didn't wnat any diamonds on his).

mine could have been $900, which would have been a great price for the ring i'm getting, if I chose white gold, but my e-ring is platinum so everyone agreed I should get a platinum wedding band to match the e-ring. That's an extra $600.
My dad knows the guy, so I trust that we're getting a great price, and it's a beautiful ring. It's just a lot!! But it's forever (which is exactly the word we're having engraved on our rings!) 
But, we really didn't spend that much on my e-ring since we used my Grandmother's diamond, so this kind of makes up for that. (at least that's how I'm justifying it!!)

mine came to around $300 -- but thats not including the engraving. We havent priced that yet. But guys ring will almost always be cheaper then ladies rings, so dont worry too much. If your FI is okay with it, dont dwell on it--he obviously wants you to be happy and doesnt mind that yours is costing more. And, you're going to be wearing it everyday for the rest of your life--so dont think about the cost as long as you love it!
