*****(UPDATE)**** Girls I need your hugs, prayers, anything right now
I just got a call that my twin brother was shot last night,and they're performing surgery on him right now as we speak. He has already had three blood transfusions, and his left lung has collapsed. OMG girls I can't take this right now, I'm shaking as I type this. It happened around three this morning. My mom dad and sister all live in NC so they drove straight to Virgina whee he is,and are waiting at the hospital now. I can't leave work, b/c FH,and my bosses don;t want me to drive. SDo I'm waitng for Tejan to come and get me. OMG girls I'm so lost right now, I relly don';t now where too begin

First off ladies I'm soooo thankful to have people that have taken the time out to acknowledge what I myself and my family are going through. Thank you sooo much, it was completely appreciated, and taken to heart.
Now I'm proud to say that my twin who is 4minutes younger than me is doing fine. He is still recoverying from the surgery so we don;t have exacts yet, but he's better than when he first arrived. They have removed all three bullets, except for one which pierced his kidney. Unfortunatley for those that don;t know about me being on dialysis for some years, this means my brother now has to adapt to that as well. But good thoughts b/c he;s still here w/ us,a nd I have come along way w/ dialysis, and I'm sure he will too.
When he comes out of recovery he will open his eyes to a room filled w/ family, his frat brothers, many other friends, and most of all me, and this long thread from a bunch of wonderful LIW brides, and soon to be brides.
Thanks again ladies. I'm in tears as I type this. Not only b/c my brother my other half is okay, and still here w/ me, but it put my life in a whole different perspective. Everything from my brother and I graduating HS, to college, to me giving birth to my kids flashed before me, and it made me realize what was so important. And that's "Being grateful for Life" I realized nothing could have given him back to me. Not a big wedding, not even my own mother who gave us life originally, and I felt hopeless. But thanks to you guys,a nd many more thoughts, and prayers we made it through.
Sorry ladies if this was so long, but I had to get it out. So I'm onthe road w/ my stolen lad top from my job To see my brother. Talk to you guys soon.

yes chrissy thats him the cutie. Chrissy he's my heart,a nd I just keep thinking the negative. I just saw him sunday for our birthday. He surpeised me, and drove to Maryland to see me b/c he knew Tejan was taking me there dfor the weekend,ans we always, I me always se eachother for our b days, no matter what

Stop thinking negative!!!! He is your twin!! If he is anything like you... He is a fighter and a strong hearted person!!!!!! He will make it through girl!! Think positive girl!!!! PLease!
