any advice for DIY project
i had the "great" idea to make my own sachets for favors (we're doing donation favors too) p.s. i ordered the bath salts a month ago and the woman told me it would still be fragrant to make them now but i feel by the time i've wrapped them in the stuffing etc... the scent is REALLY lite and my wedding is 3 weeks away. How can i revive it? anyone know? thanks! ugh - 120 of them to do

Re: any advice for DIY project
I'm not sure if this will work with salts, but I know that you can add "refresher oil" to potpourri to revive its smell, so maybe you can find a similar scent in a fragrance oil and try it that way? I just don't know if the salt would disintigrate or if it would make them too greasy, but it might be worth a try.
HTH!!!

Candle stores (Yankee Candle might be a bit pricey, but it's worth a shot), Michaels or A.C. Moore probably have them in their candle and fragrance sections......

This may sound silly but when you make them just keep them tight in a small box so that the smell dosen't disipate into the air.

It also would be airtight and the scent would be concentrated to just the box, so it may retain the scent and maybe make it a little stronger. That's a great idea!
