Menu Help for a beach e-party
Hi! I'm doing a beach themed e-party. Any ideas for what I should have as food? I'm going to have a full barbeque happening, but what else? I need some ideas! TIA!

something cute is to rent a mr. softee truck to show up at the end of the party so that everyone can get ice cream.

Yes the caterer is going to be me! And my mother and FMIL. We're all pretty good cooks so any ideas are definitely appreciated!

Something with PINEAPPLE. Chicken or Mahi Mahi! (I don't know how nuts you want to go!)
Maybe shish-ke-bob?
Are you doing steak or hamburgers and hot dogs kind of thing?

Yes. I'm doing hot dogs, hamburgers, sausage, chicken (but maybe I'll do chicken kabobs now that you mentioned that), london broil, corn on the cob, pasta salad, potato salad, cucumber salad, tomato salad, baked mac and cheese, chicken and pineapple, what else?

I think some wings will be good. I am sure the little kids (if you are having any) will enjoy them.
