What's the best gift you've received as a bridesmaid?

still don't know what to get my bridesmaids -they all have very different personalties..

HELP?? ideas?

I've only been a BM twice - once 10 years ago and I think I got the jewelry. The other one we got personalized photo albums.

If all the girls are so different, get each one a different gift. They don't all have to get the same gift.

I got ours jewelry boxes...they'll need somewhere to store all the jewelry all the other brides give them

I gave mine jewelry rolls from Red Envelope (similar to the picture), but I have in the past received a monogrammed robe, which I really like, and my MOH once received a wrap-a-round towel that was monogrammed that she really likes as well. I thought that was cute too. Good luck!

i think for my girls i am getting them the jewerly plus paying for there hair. or the jewerly with a make-up bag with lip liner , lipstick ,blush, eyeliner


i haven;t decided yet. i may do all hair makeup bags and jewerly



i been a bridesmaid 6 times and got jewerly for all them loved it i still wear my pieces till this day.some came on jewelry box some came with picture frames. other just the jewels.

I have only been a bridesmaid once. I really liked the personalized tote bag and the jewerly I got. No more candles please, I have enough thank you.

A wrap to match my bridesmaid dress... monogramed with my initials. it was great because it was a chilly day and much appreciated. she also gave us all matching handbags for the day...both were appreciated because the dress was a hard to match color.... i still use the wrap!

I was a BM in my cousins wedding back in 1996 and she gave me a discman that I loved. I guess today's version would be an ipod.

Im not into jewlery, so my Best friend, when I was her MOH gave me a basket of Bath & Body works stuff and a bunch of local restaurant gift cards. THE BEST!

The worst: jewlery that I never wear again, anything monogrammed.

i have only gotten jewelry which is always nice

i want to get my girls some type of wrap to wear that day - hopefully something they can use again but i dont know - everything i find is pretty wedding specific. . . like those white fur ones. . . i am sure my girls won't want to wear that out to dinner one night with a pair of jeans!!!! lol

all my girls love coach so that is always an option - Jenn if you read this. . please disregard what i just wrote and forget all these ideas :) dont want to ruin the surprise!

i've never been a bridesmaid!! my first time will be 4 months after my wedding. so far i got the girls swarovski earrings (nothing too too fancy so they can wear them any time they get a lil dressed up). i also wanted to get them coach makeup bags but am up in the air because i'm not impressed with the colors that are available. but my thought was the earrings, a coach makeup bag and the vera wang love knots silver compact mirror.
i wanted to get my sister a little something else too because not only is she my sis but my MOH. can't decide what though.
and my flower girl... i am at a loss.
i am going to get them all picture frames too, but that will be down the line when i get my photos back - i will have one with all the girls put in a frame for each of them.

I got my girls robes so far. They are really soft and they fall just above the knee. I also got the jewelry.
Thinking about adding a personalized jewelry box or the Cross pen personalized from Things Remembered. I recently got a small vase that I have no place to put. My friend's brother is ordering the IPod shuffles for his groomsmen. He is getting the bigger one and they are about $100, I think that's a great gift.

My sister got us ankle bracelets that were really nice, my freinds got us necklaces and earings that were also really nice.

you should try personalized totes or something that would be geared towards their different personalities...

By far, the best gift is the day at the spa my sister got us. She only had 3 of us so she got us a facial and massage package. It was great! She also got everyone a personalized gift, so for her bridesmaids, she made them a collage of pictures of them over the years, and for me, well, she knows me well and got me a borgeous bracelet that I wore at the wedding and still wear.
I think i'm doing a spa thing for my bridesmaids too.

I've only been a bridesmaid once (so many single friends!) and we got really pretty handmade crystal necklaces that the MoH (a designer) made for us, and a monogrammed tote bag full of manicure/pedicure stuff - polish, foot cream, emery boards, etc. I loved it, 'cause I do my nails like every night when I'm bored and the necklace goes with a bunch of my stuff.
I got my girls personalized stationery and Tiffany key chains (my MoH got a necklace instead of a keychain). Everyone's got keys, so it seemed like something they would get a lot of use out of and it's simple enough that it won't interfere with anyone's style. As for the stationery, it's something I would like (I bought some for myself as well), not sure if they liked it (obviously they said they did).
