BM Dress length,,need opinions!!!!
So I dont know which way to go on this!
My wedding is on a Friday night in August. The cocktail hour starts at 8:30 at Jerciho Terrace. My ceremony, at a church, will start around 4. Should I go with floor length dresses for the BM's since the reception is late,, or go with tea length dresses since it will most likely still be hot when we are all getting ready and going to the church. I can't make up my mind.. What would you do????

I have the same problem mine is a Saturday night and in April. I love the tea length but everyone is telling me to go with floor length cause it is evening.
I like both.

this is just my opinion and while I love some traditions, some I feel are not necessary...if you love T-length, then go for it! it's your day and your closest friends, so if it means something you like and a dress that your girls can have fun in & be comfortable, then choose it.
After all there are some traditions that many brides don't follow (hint hint, like those who should not wear white  )

I totally agree with this. I don't think they need to wear floor length just because its an evening wedding. If you love tea length, then go for it!

I was wondering about the same thing. I like t length but for formal and night long looks great. I also felt like my girls could so some much with that kind of dress the short one. I asked them and we all are kinda going toward t length but we shall see.

I completely agree. Night weddings are IMO more formal, so I would go for the floor length.

I am actually going through the same thing right now -- and I can't make up my mind either!!! I love tea length, but my wedding is at night also. I think I'm leaning toward the tea length though. I figure, it's May, my ceremony is during the day, and Miss Manners isn't coming to my wedding! At least I hope not!
