To answer some questions:
I ordered the paper through my stationer - Only You in Islip. She was a huge help with my invites, and helped me figure out how much paper I would need for the DIY stuff.
Votives were printed on vellum, which was a major PIA. My printer hates vellum, and spit out 20 blank pages for every one it printed. In the end, I had better luck printing on normal paper, and then photocopying to vellum at work.
