FMIL is driving me crazy
A few weeks ago FMIL called FH. She goes on about how she plans on wearing two dresses to the wedding. One for the RH and one for the church. FH tells be about this and I immediately turn around and say to him.....When does she plan to find time to change??? Not only that but a few weeks ago she tells us about a list of 20 guest that needs to be invited to the wedding but also tells FH she does not have the money to give us for these guest. As the mother of the groom she feels she is intitled to her guest list. She's is out of her mind. How does she have money for a 2nd dress but she can't afford her guest???
Anyway FH s/w her again today and tells her that he really feels that she is not going to have time to change seeing that we have to pic's in between, etc.... She goes on to tell him that she doesn't care. She will find time to change even if she has to change at the RH in the bathroom. He goes on to tell her that she better not hold up our day and that she better have plans to cut down on her 20 ppl on her guest list. Am I being Bridezilla or do I have every right to be angry??? My blood is boiling right not arggggggggggggg

I would be angry too. If she wants 20 extra people-let her pay for at lease ten otherwise tell her she can only have ten-that's what you can afford.-Whether or not you can afford it is not really the point. Second, if she wants to wear two dresses, let her-but if she misses pics on account of this then it's her own fault and it will be her loss. Just try and take bridal party pics while she is changing. Good luck and hang in there.

I totally agree. But she has some balls inviting 20 people, with no intent to pay for them! Some people just DON'T think. And let her change, and miss pictures etc. She'll be kicking herself in the a$$ when she askes herself,"Where was I for those pictures?" Ummmmm changing.

I think that you are totally correct in being upset...she is making this day about her, when it should be about you and fh...why would she want to change dresses, if not for attention- I think that's very rude
