I want a place that serves really good food, but also has great drinks and is open beyond 10pm!!!

why not dave and busters? It's a restaurant and has games and stuff. Also Milk and Sugar in bayshore has awesome food and an awesome atmosphere!

Right next to Milk & Sugar is an aweome BBQ place that has a good vibe (but can be crowded) Could alwayd do dinner there and hit Milk & Sugar for dessert?

I was thinking Dave and Busters too. Fun, open late, great food. I know there are a couple, I've only been to the one in Islandia.
