Cancelling a Suffolk County Hall and getting your money back!

Sorry to crash the board, but I thought this was important.

If you booked your hall in Suffolk county and decide to cancel the hall more than 6 months from the event date... you are entitled to get all your money back (except $100). This is regardless of whether the hall rebooks your date...

This law overrules any contract signed

I posted the links to the original thread as well as the offical suffolk county law website.

It's just good to know for any reason and sorry Nassau girls, this doesn't apply in Nassau county.

Yeah I actually knew about this a hall told me when I asked what their cancellation policy was.
