need help for when i make my menu later this week...especially westbury manor brides!
what types of things do i need to make sure i mention when i go to do my menu? i have a few like: drink orders taken at the table, finding out exactly what's in the mini viennese trays etc.
i remember a BM from a WM wedding who said they tried to take the bride's stuff out of the bridal suite 1/2 an hour early so i will mention that. what else should i be sure to mention?

Is that when things like that should get mentioned or at the final meeting one week before..... if that is that case then I goofed, cause I met them Friday to do the menu.

I would mention most at the final meeting. You could ask about the Viennese and drink order thing tho. But def. mention both again at the final meeting. This is when you really finalize everything.

One bride posted that there were tip jars at the bar - I would definitely bring that up b/c it is so tacky (and unnecessary since we pay 18% gratuity!)
