Fun mail yesterday
Im not even married yet but i had to fill out all my forms for name change for work and the union.
well i got some mail yesterday from NYSUT (the teachers union) and it said "Michele Woythaler"
IT WAS SO WEIRD!! But i loved it

That's so great! Which union did you change it with? I have to do that for the UFt, but I wasn't sure how?

Did you notify your district office and tell them you need the paper work? How does this work? I was thinking that I would do it over the summer, but if I can get it taken care of now, I would love to!

Isn't that cool?? I got something addressed to Mrs. Theresa Hutchison from a charity we contributed to. My FH said I couldn't open it until November when I really became Mrs. H because until then, she doesn't exist!

It is pretty cool huh!
It took my school 3 months to have the first staff member use my new last name over the loud speaker. What blows me away is that my 6 students with severe learning disabilities as well as speech and language delays have been able to master my new phonetically nightmarish last name but highly educated professional adults can't seem to grasp it.
