YES!!! Mine did-- and they wrote a lot about Smithtown because of what (sadly) happened last year-- but this year we got the green light!!! The kids and parents must be so happy... they had to shell out 500 bucks a piece last year to be able to have basic programs (sports, etc)... so this year everyone woke up and realized that they need to pass the budget b/c it was just crazy that our kids didn't have any extra programs.
I'm so HAPPY for everyone in the district!!!!
Thanks to everyone who voted, whether for this district or another-- you are doing great things for the children, teachers and community!!!

aww i'm so sorry-- there is always the re-vote! hopefully it will go through then. i'm sorry that happened but i'll be thinking about your district at re-vote time-- try to spread the word and hopefully it will get the green light
