I think it looks AMAZING. Really. I'm not sure why your mom was negative, maybe because she wasn't there or somehting, but it REALLY looks great, very elegant, it's NOT puffy!  I wouldn't cahnge a thing, and I am always honest if I think something looks weird I would say so - i LOVE it!!

Thank you girls!!! Even the women at work couldn't believe what my mother said to me - they all think it stems from the jealousy of me not getting married in my home town - but it's not like I would be planning this wedding with her even if we did do that! ARGH! But thanks for cheering me up!

Yes, Ma'am! I just got back from Target where I had the pictures developed and after really looking at them myself, I'm not going to listen to my mother (SSSHHH - don't tell her!!) She won't even be there for the hair phase that morning either! I just wish she went with the flow and supported me, though. That's what hurts the most is that she's not respecting the decisions I'm making (one of them being that I moved to LI).

I think that your hair looks great. My mom always has something negative to say about things I do. She can never just give a compliment. It always has to have a criticism added to it.

I think your hair looks great, but I do agree with you that it should be a little more sleek in the front and tightened in the back...
Lisa realized that as she was half way thru. She started in the back and by the time she got to the front and was beginning to see how long and thick my hair was, she made a point of marking down in her notes to start in the front first and work her way back with my hair. It got loose in the back when she took the veil out and that will staying put all night I've decided!!! Not bad for just hair spray! She didn't use any other product in my hair last night and it was still lasting at 11pm last night when FH took it out for me.
