We were going to do bubbles, but then bubbles can ruin a satin dress if anything spills on me or falls on my dress as I walk out. I didn't want to take that chance, so we're going to use rose petals.

I bought eco-fetti. The church didn't want anything but I figure how can you complain with somthing that will blow away and dissolve in water? Plus I figure it can't get stuck in my hair! If I could do anything I think petals look the prettiest.
My old boss used the butterflies and they were just scary, kind of almost dead flopping around the ground. I guess none of them had the strength to fly after being cooped up in a box for who knows how long!

Im doing Balloons
We did rose petals. But a few people beamed us with rice.
There is an old thread here that talked about balloons being dangerous to the birds I believe.
