Trusting my DOC with my final payment and tip envelopes....
The one vendor I haven't really clicked with during the planning is my DOC 
I would really love to trust her to handle giving the final payments / tips to my vendors, but something makes me hesitate. Why??
I just feel nervous giving her over $2500 in cash...also, she is the one vendor I'm not tipping (cause she *****), and she's going to quickly realize that I'm tipping everyone besides her.
I don't want anyone to have to worry about holding onto the money...so I guess I will have her handle it. Maybe I will include a tip for her just so she doesn't feel angry (might be better just to make her happy instead of risking her not paying my vendors).
Then again, maybe I am just totally overanalyzing things as usual....

Put everything in pre marked envelopes and seal them. Have her sign for the number of envelopes you are giving her.
This is what I will be doing because it is ALOT of money to trust with a perfect stranger.
Just say listen.. to protect us both here is a list of the vendor envelopes i am giving you, do you mind signing you received them?

that is a great idea - never thought of that!! are you having her sign off on a certain amount or are you just having her sign off that you gave her x amount of envelopes?

If something in your gut is telling you to not give her the money then don't. I don't think that most family members would mind holding on to it for the night. Give it to your MOH or best man. They can be more trust worthy anyway.

Umm I will prob seal them all and write the names on them and have us both sign how many and that they are sealed.

Great idea!! It ***** that you feel this way about her but if you feel she doesn't deserve a tip I wouldn't give her one upfront...wait to see how the night goes.
