I went to Curacao in April and I really didnt like it. I didnt go to Breezes but the town was ugly IMO and the water was very dark and choppy. It wasnt as "Caribbean" as the other Islands Ive been to.

it's funny, I was talking with someone right before my wedding (we went to Aruba for our HM) and they had just been on a cruise that included Aruba and Curacao and they said Curacao was by far their favorite of the cruise.

I still can't decide if I liked Curacao... It was a nice island , but it wasn't what I was expecting when I thought of an island in the Caribbean  however, they do have the BEST snorkeling by far

I dunno.
Even though I've never been on a cruise I get the feeling that it can be very different staying on an island and being there for less than a day.

I stayed at the Breezes in Curacao in July of 2002. I was great. The service and food was amazing. Absolutely everything was included. I had no problem with the beach. The hotel also offered a free shuttle into towm everyday which allowed to go sight seeing and shopping.
If you decide to go, think about taking the tour of the Curacao distillery and the Amstel brewey - free samples throughout the tour make it great.
