what do you do for your invitations? To seperate the ceromony from the reception party

I didn't do anything to separate them. At the bottom of the invitation it stated "Reception immediately following ceremony".

I didn't do anything to separate them. At the bottom of the invitation it stated "Reception immediately following ceremony".
I didn't even do that, I just assumed everyone would know that we were having a reception after.
I just got an invitation with a separate enclosure that says "Reception immediately following the ceremony" and the name of the RH. Either of those options are both good, IMO.

No reception card... just put "Reception Immediately Following" at the bottom of the invite along with the name and address of the hall.
