DIY Programs-what did you write for....

A "thank You" at the end of your program? I also want to include a rememberance of those that are deceased..what did you write for that? (I listed names) TIA!

this is what we wrote for both-- at the time, I think I got some wording from other LIW brides..

We want to especially thank our
parents, who have always given
us so much love, support and
guidance. We thank them for

hope to pass on to our children.

we wrote a general thank you
"to our friends and family: thank you for sharing our wedding day with us. your friendship, support, and love, has made us who we are as individuals, and showed us how to love each other as a couple. we ask for your continued friendship, support and love as we go through our lives together""

and then, since my mom made my dress and the BMs dresses, i put a special thank you in there for her
" thank you mom for making my dress and the bridesmaids dresses. i can't imagine getting my wedding dress any other way, and i'll treasure the whole experience forever."

This is what I put on the back of ours:

We would like to thank our family and friends for sharing with us this first day of our life together. We feel especially blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives. A special thanks to our parents for their love and support and for helping us to create this beautiful and special day in our lives
