I actually saw them on the after six web site, www.aftersix.com They have cards to ask girls to be bridesmaids and ones to thank them for being in the wedding party. Advantagebridal.com may also have some!

I found a bunch of cute ones at Michael's and the best part, a pack of either 8 or 10 (I forget) is only $1!!!!! One single dollar! They are located in the dollar bins. Trust me. Cute, and you can't get any cheaper!

I got a set of free bridal shower thank yous from Carlson Craft when I ordered my invitations. Perhaps you can buy them. They are white with silver writing, very simple
