DIY Photo Cubes...
Anyone making photo cubes? If so, can you tell me where to start? I think they are so cute and I want to make one but I don't know where to get the supplies from.
TIA!!!

Re: DIY Photo Cubes...
Here's what we got....
4 plain black 8x10 frames from Michaels Small bag of batting from Michaels Foamboard from Michaels Lazy susan from Linens & Things Exacto knife from Michaels Red fabric from Fabric Bonanza (now closed) Crazy glue from Michaels (see a trend here?) L brackets from Home Depot Small white hooks from Target Wood glue from Michaels
I put the frames together using the L brackets. Then we put the white hooks on the bottom on each frame on the inside. We cut the foamboard to just fit inside the frames, and used the glued in hooks to hold the foamboard up. Then we put in hooks on the inside about an inch below the top of the frames. Cut another piece of foamboard to fit inside the frames. This time I cut out a slit in the middle so the cards can go through. Cut the batting to go around the top of the foamboard and cut a slit in the middle of the batting to line up with the foamboard. Then I cut the fabric to cover both the foamboard and batting. I cut a slice in the middle of it to pull it through the slit and one side and over the foamboard on all 4 sides. I glued the fabric to the bottom of the foamboard. Then you place the foamboard into the top. Last thing is to glue it to your lazy susan.
Viola!! You have a photo cube!!
Other stores carry all of these items, these are just the stores I happened to use.
