on my invitations?????

yes, this is what i was told to do as well. but they said to do it alphabetically by last name.

And I did it by who I really knew first and then the significant other.

Would you really notice or care if you got the invite? Do it how it flows best. Noone will grade you on your invite etiquette.

Same for me! For engaged couples, I did that on the front, and then did "The Future Mr. and Mrs X" on the inside! Conigs25 loved it!
