I have to say I agree fully w/ Nina. I've been eating oatmeal for breakfast (the variety packs) since January, along w/ LOTSA water or Crystal Lite & reasonable lunch/dinner & have also lost 28lbs since Jan.

Absolutely Cin. I was never a fan of oatmeal. But when the doctor told me to do this...I just got in the habit. And now if I don't eat it for breakfast I am starved!!!! It is such a great way to kickstart your metabolism for the day!

They also have WW Blueberry muffins or carrot cakes which are good and satisfying.
And I've been doing the south beach granola bars for snaks..also yummy.
There are soo many options out there for healthy eating. And these foods are slowly starting to taste better
