i know i have time for invites..but i was wondering...
is it worth spending $1 an invite for someone to digitally put calligraphy font addresses...or should i just spend the next month creating a database on excel and print them out myself on a laser printer...oh and i am probably sending out about 150 invites...
is a real pain in the ars or should i just pay the money for someone else to do it???

This was something FH says he wants to tackle since he says he's done a lot. He's going to measure the envelopes and find a nice text type that looks like calligraphy and print them all out. I told him - go for it!!!

fh and i considered printing them ourselves, but it would have been a real pain in the arse (we're not good at DIY stuff) so we got computer calligraphy done.
ETA: our computer calligraphy cost $1 per pair of envelopes (inner and outer) from follow your heart (Iiw vendor)

For $1 - it's worth it...you'd spend just about the same between ink for your printer and the effort!

We just did it and honestly, it really wasn't as bad as I thought!! Once you get the hang of it the process goes quickly. I was happy about the outcome and saved myself $$, sounds good to me!!

Re: i know i have time for invites..but i was wondering...
we spend $0.60 for the envelopes, it would have been $0.85 for both. I think you can get it done cheaper for $1 each. I have done a few on my own and to me its a PITA! I have no patience, lol,
