I started last May, so I pretty much have the big stuff done:

Flowers
DOC (booking her tomorrow)
Photographer
Videographer
Bought the supplies for the favors (I'm making them)
Bought the vases for the candy buffet
Church (still haven't done pre-cana)
Limos
Wedding Dress
Rehearsal/Rehearsal Dinner booked
Still need to do:
Mother of the Bride's dress
Groom's Cake
INVITATIONS!
Make/wrap the favors
Programs
Reception Table Information
Table Names
OOT baskets (including "The Journey Home" CD)
BM's/Parent/Groom's gifts
Ceremony Music final decision (I'm still torn)
Engagement Shoot
Pick pictures for videographer and photo display at reception
And probably a TON more!!!
