I second this... so it's hard for me to answer the poll, because I think it depends on the situation. If they are all hosting/paying then they should all have a say, unless they agree to divide up the responsibilities and have one person in charge of location (and another in charge of food/invitations/etc)

I say the bride does!!!!!!!!!!!!  .... seriously though, I would say whoever is hosting/paying. Luckily for me that is my mother so she asked me where I would like to have it!!!

My mom is paying for mine, and we decided to have it where i wanted to have my cousins shower, but i got voted down by the rest of the bridal party so my mom is going to have it there
