HELP...David from in and out travel
i need advice we met with david last thurs about our honeymoon we went over everything we wanted and where we wanted to stay and air....and he said he would get back to me on this past mon with prices and links to the hotels we chose .....i never heard from him so mon i sent him an email asking what was up....no response then tues i sent another email no response finally tues night i ask my fiance to call and he said he was held up by vendors he would send the info soon ....well i still havent received anything or heard from him ....im really not happy is this normal....can someone please reccommend another agency........thank you

IMO, that's stange. My TA got back to me fairly quickly when I had changes. He should have at least gotten in touch with you to say he was working on it.

Thats *****... I am using Dave from In and Out and he usually is good with responding. However, there was a time when I tried to cotnact hima d he didnt respond to my emails. Usually Ellen will get on the phone if he's busy, they are usually really good.
But its frustrating when you get no repsonse.

try asking for Ellen, his mom, instead. She's been VERY good with communicating with me.  . The couple of times I did contact Dave, he got back to me very quickly, too. Very strange... try again today. Maybe it really has been a VERY busy week... hmmmmm...
Good luck! Stick with them, though... they're good.

They are really good though, I been using htem since 2003. And this yr we are using them for HM, and both Bachelor and Bacheorette trips

I really like Dave from In and Out, Even though sometimes it can be a few days before he gets back to you, which i know is frustrating. He works very hard, and has always been willing to stay late to help me or come in on his day off.

Hi
I was in the same boat. I waited a long time for him to get back to me and he finally did last night but my rates were for 2007. I re emailed him with a lot of questions so I hope it does not take forever now.
UPDATE** He got right back to me, he said he is swamped with the bridal shows. He's also leaving next month for a trip to Tahiti.
