Hi- Funny you mentioned Rabbi Applestone. He was my FIL's Rabbi when they lived in NY and they wanted us to contact him to use in our wedding. We never met with him, though, so your post makes me glad we didn't. We're using a great Rabbi (we are also having an interfaith ceremony) His name is Rabbi May(s)? and he works closely with the Crest Hollow. If you're interested I can get his number? He's pretty reasonable too considering...
