I worked out finally!!! YAY!!!
Just thought I should share that with you! I have been procrastinating getting off my butt and starting to work out again...but I'm back and I feel great!!!

I actually do the Windsor Pilates DVDs at my house. I love them! I did the body slimming one yesterday...only 20 minutes..and you know it's working!
