Just to play devil's advocate - I'm fairly petite, but I have wide hips and a big butt and I fit into BR petite size 0 skirts. So there must be plenty of women who are of similar size to me with a smaller hip/waist area who want to wear their clothes. Not to take the thread too seriously, but rolling your eyes at them making a size for smaller women is the same as rolling your eyes for them making bigger sizes, just more PC.

I'm not going to get into anything about societal pressure on women to be unnaturally thin because we all know about it. And we are all pretty well aware of those women who happen to need the smaller sizes because of how they're built.
It's an NWR thread- I think you did take it a little too seriously.

yeah i always find their pant sizes to run big.
they probably made a size 00 to market to the pre-teen and teenage market. i remember when i got to that age, i wanted to shop at more grown up stores....just a thought.
