My dress with pics! I just picked it up. Alterations still needed, the pics didn't come out as good as i wanted, but it's something!

Very pretty- I love the train too! I felt the same way you did too. I dont think pictures do the dress justice. It will look better in professional pics

I agree. The dresses always look better with a professional photographer.
When I first tried on my dress and then took the photos, I could not believe it. It looked ugly. I was so disappointed
My MOH dragged back and I tried it on again. And loved it. No pics the second time!!!

A family friend is a seamstress, I think we are going to go with her. I've heard some horror stories about David's. Anybody heard otherwise?

I got my dress there and the alterations. It was perfect. The woman was so sweet and I rescheduled four different times. The dress fit perfectly. It was a bit pricey I thought but worth it. Also, if they mess it up there at least it is guarenteed. I didn't need that thank goodness.
They are holding my dress for me there until the day before the wedding and steaming it the day I pick it up and there is no extra charge for that either.
