I went there 3 times (didnt' order from them though) IMO it depends on who you get.. First exp. was HORRIBLE.. Second one was a little better but only b/c i said something about my first experience! And the 3rd time was okay, not one of my favorite places! You don't realy get to "pick" what you like, they bring it to you! hard to work like that.. what if they have something behind one of those damn closets that you love but they don't ever bring it to you!!! I don't know.. I almost bought my dress from them but it was $4500 and I jsut couldn't bring myself to bying a gown that you use Once for 8 hours and never again! Especialy that you can find tha same thing some place else sometimes for 1/2 the price!! Good Luck!

I had a good experience. I had Michelle as my Bridal consulant, she was very helpful and I had Lee for my seamstress, she was very knowledgeable.

I got my dress there. I had a great experience when I first ordered and then it went downhill. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. Some of my BMs did not have good experiences. I'd check out other places first.

I didn't have a good experience. I wanted a specific dress, they told me over the phone that it was in my budget. After I tried it on, they said "no, they made a mistake it is actually much more expensive" and said they "were thinking of a different dress when I called". Funny-I even FAXED THEM a copy of the dress and they had it ready for me to try on when I got there. Oh well, I didn't like it one I tried it on anyway so who needs them!
JME (just my experience)-Others have had decent experiences with them though.

I had a good experience with them. My mom and I purchased our gowns there and never had a bad experience. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with.
