We haven't spoken to one of DH's cousins since our wedding day... the day that she tried her hardest to ruin.

If there is one thing that I learned through the whole wedding process besides the fact that I married the best man in world was who my true friends are. If it wasnt for my one bridesmaid and my mother I would have not gotten a bridal shower or bachelorette party. And the things that opened my eyes was the one who cared the most was the one who I have know for the shortest amount of time. Those who you thought we be so into the whole process just werent it is sad.
And until they all become brides themselves they wont understand.

It is sooo true.. you can't stress it.. you would think people would be honored to be in a wedding party.. I know I am when I am asked..
I too had a friend like that .. she had no time for anything.. lucky I saw her at my rehersal dinner and then I found out she left my wedding early.. whatever .. now another of our friends is getting married and she found free time..
But the only thing to do like I said is do not stress it..
You will have a beautiful day and after the wedding you do not have to speak to her anymore if she can't be bothered..

YOu know, I ave an issue with my MOH.. who was my sister... you know that 16 hours before my wedding she told me she couldnt be my moh because she was not able to sit next to my sister-in-law... she wouldnt come get her hair done, she stormed out of the room when i was geting dressed.... all i remember of that morning is what she did... and then 10 min before the wedding she was over it (called, dad threatened to kick her out)... and she never appologized
so now she is getting married and i dont want anything to with her wedding except show up and DH tells me that I cant tell her no to being her MOH.....
