Went to the Westbury Manor last night to do our menu!
WOW, I had such an anxiety attack when we were there...it HIT me how quickly it is all happening.
We had a really hard time deciding on the food for the CH and also the dessert choice..we didn't realize we could choose one in addition to the cake! 
We also had a tough time choosing the linens, chair sashes, etc...we are such indecisive people, lol!

I'm relying on you to find out if I have to make any last minute changes!
no evil intentions whatsoever!
For the CH we chose:
eggplant rollatini
chicken francese
fried calamari
sausage & peppers
paella
pierogies (FH and I are SO excited about this!!)
carving table: marinated sirloin steak
rigatoni ala vodka
Oriental Wok (shrimp srit-fry with pea pods, baby corn, etc. displayed with chinese food containers and fortune cookies..FH was really into the fortune cookies!)
We decided to go with a combo appetizer (as oposed to salad & appetizer): citrus vinagrette, which is sweet oranges, fresh berries and sliced tomatoes on a crown of mesclun greens, champagne vinaigrette
dinner- guests have 7 choices
dessert is Heart of Sorrento..which I believe is vanilla ice-cream in a white chocolate heart ..and I forget what else but it sounded YUMMY!
chococlate fountain: got this free from that panel discussion I went to
cake: marble with canolli and chocolate mousse filling.
By this point I was really overwhelmed and the cake was FHs choice..I'm not sure what I think about it! But we can change it soon if we want.

it goes to show just how much there is to choose from there...
we only chose 2 of the same dishes! (fried calamari and marinated sirloin steak!)
it all sounds DELISH!

I KNOW .... HOW DID YOU GET THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN FOR FREE I WANT IT TOO!!!
THE 7 CHOICES ARE GREAT... I NEVER HEARD OF GUESTS GETTING THAT MANY CHOICES....

ooh! how did you get free chocolate fountain!! I would so prefer free CF to $6 a head CF!
I was also thinking, I booked 2 years ago.....since my FH and I are REALLY indecisive, and we don't want to take an entire day of their time, should I go pick up the food choices so we can start figuring it out? What do you girls think?

I can answer for Leah on the choc fountain, b/c I got it too. A few WM brides getting married in '06 were invited to attend a Q & A session with owner Jerry Scotto around the 1 year anniversary of him taking over the WM from the Scotto Bros.
for those of us that attended, we were given the choice out of 3 or 4 upgrades for free. One of the choices was a chocolate fountain.
In answer to your Q about picking up the packet, YES, it was extremely helpful and time efficient to have had that info in advance (I did my menu a week or so ago) definitely stop by and pick it up.
