What do I wear for my engagement photos?
Our engagement photo session is April 1 and I don't know what to wear. I want to be comfortable and stylish at the same time. Any suggestions? Suggestions for FH too? We might take photos at a park too if the weather is nice.

depending on the weather, you could go for a killer pair of jeans, high heels and a sweater or if it's cold, you can top with a macintosh or stylish raincoat... your FI can wear slacks (nice flat front dress pants) with a button down and a sweater over....

We both wore jeans and button down white shirts, also wore a pair of chunky beads to give it some color!

Whatever you choose you should be in similiar colors. You shouldn't wear white & then you FH wear Flannel. Our photographer told us that we should be in the same tones. We both wore white on top & i wore pink pants & he wore beige pants. I wore heels but there were times when he made me take them off.

keep it similar -- FH and I wore black top & khaki bottoms, but I wore a sweater and he wore a button down.

I am going to be taking our engagement pics soon and FH and I will be wearing something that is somewhat the same in color, but we will also keep it comfortable. We want the picture to be taken in something we would normally wear (we don't want to have to go out and buy something specifically just for the pic). So we will probably both wear jeans, and I am not sure what top yet for either of us.

This is what we wore for our e-pics. I think a classic sweater and jeans with heels would be fine. It shouldnt be THAT cold in April

Keep it simple, no wild patterns and complimentary colors.
Here's what we wore.
(I guess it also depends WHERE you will be taking your pics....park or beach)
