Jericho Terrace Brides
At what point in your planning are you supposed to meet with the wedding coordinator about the menu and details? I feel like I should be doing that already, but FH said someone there told him not until much closer to the big day.

About 6 weeks before. I know it sounds too close for comfort, but TRUST me you are better off waiting until then, because you will change your mind on what you want a bunch of times before then.
They supposedly will send you a package shortly before that to schedule an appointment to go over semi-final arrangements at that time. (I say supposedly because I have not received that package as of yet!!)

I know this may sound like a dumb question, but are we supposed to meet with our BM anytime before the menu planning, and if so, how long before, and for what?

Usually you meet with them anytime- to dicuss and questions, concerns you might have.
