Crest Hollow chicken vs. chicken
Crest Hollow brides...did anyone offer the chicken milanese or the chicken capon w/spinach? If so, what did you think of either or both and would you recommend it? Also, st. peter livornese for fish v. salmon. Fiance is in charge of choosing the fish as I'm allergic and not a fish eater, but does anyone have an opinion on that too?
Pls. help!

Re: Crest Hollow chicken vs. chicken
We chose the Chicken Milanese - which from what I heard was delicious. We both had it at the wedding, but never had a chance to eat it. They sent it home with us and we ate it then, but I'm pretty sure it tasted very different after being cold then heated up. It was still very good. I believe at my sisters wedding they had the chicken capon and from what I remembered, it was also very good.
We chose the salmon instead of the St. Peter Livornese only because we figured more of our guests would prefer the Salmon over it.
