My ceremony at the church starts at 10:30am and the CH is at 1pm. We wanted a day wedding so that we had lots of time after to spend with our OOT guests. About 3/4 of our 250+ guests are coming from out of town so we wanted to enjoy the WHOLE day with them since they are all traveling so far. Plus, because we are getting married in November, we will be able to do day and night photos...something that was important to me.

Ceremony is 12:30pm to 1pm. George Washington manor. They have there own chapel.
CH is 1pm to 2pm followed by lunch.

That is a great time - how did it work out that way? I always thought day weddings had to start around 12......
I am thinking about having a Saturday DAY
I could have chosen a 1 to 1:30pm ceromony if I wanted to.

I'm getting married at the reception hall at 11:45. CH starts at 12:30. We're taking pics at Old Westbury Gardens before the ceremony from 9-10:30.
I am going to have to get up when the sun does!

Ceremony: 12:30pm
Plan to get up by 7:00 or 7:30 to have time to get ready. I have to do final decorations in chapel and do the boutonieres and go to site where hair and make up is done.

there are alot of places out there that do Sat DAY weddings .. i am still thinking if i want a friday night or Sat day ... decisions decisions
If it was my choice (and it was when I had to decide) I would choose a night wedding. I have been to both and I prefer the night weddings by far. I'm a late sleeper so a day wedding was out for me.

My ceremony is also at the hall and will start at 11:30. Coctail hour at 12 and reception at 1-5. Does anyone have a timeline for the day of?? I am so not a morning person, but it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much cheaper to have the wedding during the day!

FH and I are getting married at 10am and the reception is 12:30-5:30 at Giorgio's
ETA: I plan on getting up at about 5am...I hope that is enough time. But then again, I dont intend on sleeping much because it'll be like Christmas when I was a kid...TOO EXCITED!!! I am having 2 hair dressers to help speed up the getting ready process for my 7 BMs, FG, mom, and myself.

Our ceremony starts at 11:00am and the cocktail hour starts at 12:30pm.
The hair and makeup ladies are coming at 6:00am. I better get a good night's sleep but seeing as my mother and 3 of my BMs are staying over at my apartment that night, I'm thinking it won't happen.
