Westbury Manor OR Giorgios
I need HELP- I can't decide between WM or Giorgios for November 2007. FH loves WM - I am just concerned with the size of the cocktail hour rooms - The library & conservatory - I don't see how those rooms can accomodate over 150 people. But I do love the Manor Room - Giorgios I like both the Cocktail Hour Room and reception room. HHHHHHHEEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPP
feedback from anyone???? I also think Giorgios offers way more food at the cocktail hour. BUT I do really love WM - they are two totally different places......

you're right, they're totally different places - but they're both beautiful!
Hmmm - where are most of your guests coming from? Is Giorgio's closer, or is WM?
Like you, I have a November wedding, and we have to take the weather into consideration. If you're in Nassau, Giorgio's is a little far, right?

I would say Westbury Manor is a more central location - we have people coming from all over - another problem w/ WM is they want you to guarantee 185 & I'm not sure if we can - I would be more comfortable with a 150 guarantee.

I'm getting married at WM and I LOVE IT! But thats why we booked it. In comment to the min. number they also wanted us to guarantee 185 for a Sun. night in the manor room in July. I got them to bring it down to 170. wasn't a big deal. At least 170 is better than 185. Just if they do that for you make sure they write it up in the contract! Hope that helps.
