Do you ever get so pissed off and frustrated.....

that you just get to a point where you're numb???

I've dealt with and am currently dealing with so much bad luck since last month, that instead of crying my head off and screaming, I am just sitting here not wanting to move and just emotionless.

Is this normal? Anyone else ever get like this?

Yes, I feel your pain.

Sometimes it all just builds up so much that I get to the point where I just don't care anymore. I sit around and this bored-type feeling sets in.

The world could come to an end tomorrow and I wouldn't care.

My dad always told me that even on the worst days there is a little something to make you smile. I've tried to keep that in mind. It may be a little chilly, but there is a beautiful blue sunny sky today. I haven't mastered his ability to control my emotions, but according to him it's a state of mind and you can focus on the negative or focus on the positive, the positive will increase the quality of life.

Yep-beyond frustrated right now..trying to keep it in check but it will come out eventually

Janna--Yes, and I think it can be healthy to let yourself be numb for a bit!!!
